Founded in 1984, Kris-Tech Wire, headquartered in Rome, New York, is a leading copper and aluminum wire manufacturing company. After experiencing growth year after year, Kris-Tech was looking to build a new facility which would incorporate as much flexibility into the design as possible.

The design process was a “team effort” with Kris-Tech on many levels. Our architects worked with their production managers to develop efficient equipment layouts and material flows within the manufacturing plant. Our engineers worked with their engineers to develop efficient and flexible process mechanical systems. Our integrated team worked closely with company owners to develop a building design consistent with their needs and goals. Since project completion in 2015 our design-build team returned in 2018 and completed an addition, which was done with minimal interruption to Kris-Tech’s operations.
