The single-story cancer treatment and radiology service facility includes a Urology/Surgery Suite, Clinical Lab, and a Hematology-Oncology Suite with 16 infusion stations (totaling 22,000 SF) and an 8,000 SF Radiology Suite featuring X-Ray, PET, MRI, CT Scanning, and a new state-of-the-art Linear Accelerator. 

The $10M building required careful planning to properly prep and ensure the space was ready to receive the Center’s $18M of high-tech equipment. IPD designed the MEP/FP systems.
