IPD Engineering completed the MEP and Structural engineering for J.W. Didado Electric’s new facility. The 24,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal structure houses their New York Operations. The office area on the front side of the building contains six closed offices, a conference room, break room, and a large employee training room. Above the first floor office space, a storage mezzanine allows flexibility for future growth.

Beyond the office area, a truck maintenance area features eight truck bays. The clear-span PEMB offered a column-free, space-maximizing solution for J.W. Didado’s operations.

The facility employees 18 people full-time and acts as a dispatch center for their storm team.
