The IPD team designed this net-zero energy building with 100% emergency power back-up. The newly completed fire station and community hall features geothermal heat pumps, radiant floors, solar power, and energy recover ventilation. IPD also designed all sprinklers, fire alarms, plumbing, telecommunications, and security systems.
