Pathfinder Bank desired a presence in the Downtown Syracuse marketplace and decided on Pike Block, an urban mixed-use development operated by VIP Development Associates.

In keeping with the exposed beams and rustic charm of Pike Block, IPD introduced spiral ductwork, and modern LED Lighting and incorporated back lighting in key locations to feature various design elements within the space. 

Five years later, Pathfinder expanded their footprint in order to continue servicing their growing clientele. The expanded floor plan provided a new conference room, private offices, open workspaces and a large break room.

After the success of their Pike Block Branch, the team worked with pathfinder once again on a historic renovation of a mansion into a new bank branch in an undeserved neighborhood of Syracuse. Pathfinder Bank W Onondaga Branch opened in 2022.
