IPD Engineering is part of a $40.7M district-wide renovation project, stemming from a comprehensive Building Condition Survey (BCS). The result of the BCS identified many areas of the district facilities where systems were reaching or were beyond their useful life and were in need of improvement or replacement. This project addresses those areas in a timely manner and encompasses work at the West Genesee High School, West Genesee Middle School, Camillus Middle School, East Hill Elementary, Onondaga Road Elementary, Split Rock Elementary, Stonehedge Elementary, the District Office, and Transportation Center.
More specifically, the engineering scope of work includes select HVAC upgrades including boiler and water heater replacement, select roof top unit replacement, select air handling unit replacement, select electrical panel upgrades and replacement, and fire alarm and public address system upgrades.
